修改网站根目录
在网站数据迁移到西部数码虚拟主机时，发现网站文件访问目录为wwwroot，而fastadmin程序定义的目录为public,
1.使用dreamweaver整站批量搜索 \public\ 这个词来手动替换。
2.批量搜索 ROOT_PATH . 'public' 替换 成 ROOT_PATH . 'wwwroot'。
3.ROOT_PATH . DS . 'public' 替换成 ROOT_PATH . DS . 'wwwroot'
